BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO MOURN FOR THEY SHALL BE COMFORTED _MATTHEW 5:4

Dr John Gowins will be doing TWO, 2 hour GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP sessions on Tuesdays November 4th and November 11th.

The first session on November 4th will deal with the STAGES OF GRIEVING.  We will examine the journey and process that each person goes through in their own unique way. Studies have shown that there are 6 stages of the grieving process. These are not easy step-by-step stages but rather a back and forth journey that is painful.

The second session on November 11 will deal with the 6th and final stage of grieving - the COMFORTING STAGE. This is the stage of finding meaning to the loss and purpose in your life going forward.

TIME: 6:30 -8:30 both nights
